  1. I can’t thank you enough for the now habit series. Liked this interview but have especially liked your discussion of the techniques in the book. I’ve been working on developing a clinical skill for work similar to your music habit. up and down limited progress for 15 years + and have finally made consistent progress by using the now habit techniques. Thanks for sharing your story throughout the series
